Listservs Printer Friendly Version

The Council offers five listservs (online discussion groups) on specific topics. A sixth listserv (Free to Members) is for members to share invitations to non-Council events, reports and other services/products, so long as they are free and are offered to ALL Council members. To avoid inundating members with unwanted material, the Council requests that members refrain from sending invitations and reports (other than corporate governance guidelines) over the subject matter listservs; please share them over the Free to Members listserv.

NOTE: The five topical listservs are meant to be open forums for exchange of ideas and information, NOT marketing tools. Members who market services via these listservs, or who forward listserv posts to non-member service providers so they can pitch Council members, will be removed from the list. Please see our terms of use page for more information.

  • Accounting   for sharing news and ideas about accounting and auditing issues such as SOX 404, international convergence of accounting standards and PCAOB initiatives
